Creating an Account:

We would like to thank you for your interest in Fwunk! 

The following is just a list of the basic steps it will take for you to create an account here. 

1.  First of all, at the home page of Fwunk, you will see a small menu at the top as shown below:

You will use this screen to direct you to the sign up page by simply clicking on the "sign up" as highlighted above

2.  Next, just fill in the blanks as shown in the picture below:

It is necessary to provide us with a username and a real email address.  In order for your registration to go through, an email will be sent to you giving you the details on how to validate your account. Also, you must specify whether you are an artist or a scout.  Only artists are able to upload content.  And scouts are just here to seek out the content submitted by our artists. 

3.  Now that you have filled in all the blanks, it is now time to submit:

First of all, you must agree to the site's Terms and Conditions statement.  Second of all, you will have to type in the words in the CAPTCHA exactly how you see them.  This tool, as well as the email validation, is to help ensure that the site doesn't get flooded with spam bots or harmful viruses.  After hitting the "submit" button, you're almost done! 

4.  You will now be redirected to another page that will instruct you further:

Please check your email and follow the instructions listed in it.

5.  Now, you should get an email that looks something like below:

This email has your username and temporary password.  Notice that the temporary password can only be used for ONE login.  You will have to change it before the end of this session by going to the "Account Settings" link at the top of the page.  Now, you can either take the username and password and go back to Fwunk and enter them under the "Login" at the top, or you can simply click on the link provided to send you to the validation page automatically.

6.  Congratulations!  You are a new Fwunk user!

This message just confirms that you are indeed a new member of our website.  Also, VERY IMPORTANT that you update your password; otherwise your password will remain cryptic.  Well, enjoy your stay here!
