My Autobiography

I began my musical career at the age of three when I was enrolled into my first piano lessons. A short year later theory lessons ensued and I have been living my life through my music ever since.

While growing up I knew that understanding a wide range of instruments would only help me professionally. So I learned to play as many instruments as possible with the time I had. Some of the instruments I am the most proficient at playing would be:

Baritone
French Horn
Gamelan
Mellophone
Piano
Saxophone
Trombone
Trumpet
Various Percussion Instruments

After graduating from high school I eventually decided to further my education at Ohio University Athens. There I spent four years learning and being trained to be a producer of nearly all forms of music imaginable. My experience there covered everything from metal, to pop, to choir and orchestral production, and even more. I studied under the tutelage of Eddie Ashworth, who is most known for his work as the producer for the hit band Sublime.

I recorded several underground albums for local bands that have faded into obscurity while at Ohio University. I also was part of a summer project where I helped produce an album for The Peekers titled, Life in the Air, which was released on Park the Van Records.

Since then I've been working on writing soundtrack music for video games, videos, audio books, and commercials. I had short stints as an internship two radio stations, one being the Rock Lobster student run studio at Ohio University. The other being a summer internship at KOWB Radio in Laramie Wyoming. I mainly did behind the scenes work while at KOWB such as cutting background effects and music for commercials, as well as overdubbing vocals for them as well.

I've recently signed a deal with 5LiveRecords and have released several singles through their partner site ArtistCrazedMedia. Currently I am working towards my first album. I'm not sure what direction I will go in with it. But I plan to have it finished within a year.
